Fire crews were called when a man in an inflatable dinghy got stranded for an hour in high waters near Summerseat.
Three men, all in their late twenties, were headed downstream from Stubbins towards Bury when one of them became caught on a metal post by the derelict Waterside Inn, on Monday afternoon.
