A WOMAN has been treated for smoke inhalation after an oven fire at a house.
Fire crews from Haslingden and Rawtenstall attended the incident in St James Close, Haslingden at around 12.25pm today.
Firefighters put out the fire and gave oxygen to the woman who had inhaled smoke.
The fire service said in a statement: “Fire crews from Haslingden and Rawtenstall attended an incident on St James Close Haslingden – an oven fire in mid-terraced property. Firefighters extinguished the fire and administered oxygen to a woman who had inhaled smoke.
