A black, three-door Mini car overturned
A ROAD was blocked after a car ended up on its roof and began to leak petrol.
The single vehicle accident happened at Bridge End in Billington at around 9.50am this morning.

Police said the driver had freed himself from the car and was uninjured.
Officers said the road was closed to recover the vehicle and additionally they feared that fuel had leaked on to the road.
Traffic backed up in the area and Lancashire United bus company said they were unable to serve Whalley due to the accident with their number 22 service running direct to Clitheroe until the road was made safe.
