FOUR people have been involved in a collision between a cattle truck and a car in Gisburn.
A woman is believed to have been trapped in the car with unknown injuries after the collision on the A59 near to the Blacko turnoff of the A682 at around 12.45pm.
Two ambulances, police and a fire engine were called to the scene.
A male passenger in the car managed to free himself and was reported to have received cuts whilst the condition of the two people inside the cattle truck are currently unknown.
A road block is now in place at the turnoff and diversions are in operation.
