RESIDENTS have been asked to rate council services in a new satisfaction survey.
The Perception Survey, a biennial resident satisfaction survey launched by Ribble Valley Council, asks residents questions on a range of issues, including council services, community safety, road and pavement repairs, dog fouling and recycling.
Council leader Ken Hind said: We are asking residents to let us know their views, in particular what makes a place good to live in, so we can ensure we are addressing the issues that matter to them.”
