A CHARITABLE trust has donated £4,000 to a Clitheroe church’s redevelopment project.
The Norwood and Newton Settlement made the contribution towards the scheme that started in 2011 at Trinity Methodist Church in Wesleyan Row.
In 2011, an inspection revealed serious problems in the church roof and some of the supporting brickwork.
Fund raising started in March 2011 and work started a few months later.
The settlement’s donated was announced by The Grants Working Party at the church.
