FIRE crews were deployed to tackle a flat fire in Nelson.
Firefighters attended a fire involving a first floor flat on Netherfield Road just after 6pm.
The fire was extinguished by two fire engines from Nelson and Burnley.
No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
