A TEENAGER who was almost twice the drink-drive limit was fined £165 by Burnley magistrates.
Kyle Platt, 19, Platt, of Vicarage Road, Barnoldswick, gave a breath test reading of 63 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. He admitted driving with excess alcohol and was also banned for 18 months and must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
