A COLNE nursery has been told to make improvements after an education watchdog found some children were limited from making good progress.
Blossom Tree Childcare Centre Ltd was downgraded from 'good' to 'requires improvement' after a visit by Ofsted.
Inspector Linda Shore said the manager at the Cotton Tree Lane nursery, which has 88 children aged 0 to eight, on the roll, said: "Staff's interactions with children do not consistently support their learning and development. This limits some children from making good progress."
She praised the nursery for having good partnerships with parents, for the way staff manage children's behaviour and for the opportunities children have to develop their knowledge and understanding of numbers.
