PENDLE Tory Andrew Stephenson is one of 30 MPs to sign a Commons motion expressing ‘deep concern at the growing anti-Muslim violence in Burma’.
The all-party resolution says they are ‘concerned that the government of Burma has still not taken action against those inciting and organising violence, are further concerned by growing Buddhist nationalism in the country and that other religious minorities could also be targeted’.
