A FORMER heroin addict who went shoplifting had no intention of striking again, a court heard.
Burnley magistrates were told that Raimonda Lapinskaite, 23, was on a drug rehabilitation programme and had now been off heroin for some months.
The defendant, of Every Street, Nelson, admitted theft of baby milk and cat food, worth £22.49, from Morrisons, on January 18.
She was given a 12-month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge.
