FIFTEEN new signs have been erected at strategic locations in Burnley and Padiham by county leisure officials.
Part of a wider £2million scheme to improve walking and cycling routes in the borough, including the Padiham Greenway, the signs suggest several routes between the two town centres.
County councillor Michael Green, cabinet member for environment and planning, said: “The aim of the new signs is to encourage even more people to use the routes across Burnley and Padiham.”
