Photography exhibition
AN EXHIBITION of photographs taken by local man Franco Sanna will be launched at the Civic Arts Centre and Theatre, in Union Road, Oswaldtwistle, from 1pm on Saturday, May 2.
Mr Sanna moved to Lancashire from Sardinia in the mid-1970s and later opened his own restaurant alongside his wife Kim in Oswaldtwistle.
Tragedy struck in 2007 when the couple’s daughter Francesca died aged 19 from an allergic reaction while getting ready for a night out.
