Burglary charge
TERRY Gaskin, 22, of Redlam, Blackburn, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with burglary at a house in Brother Street while the owner was on holiday and fraudulently cashing a cheque, stolen in the burglary, for £400.
