Hospital fire alarm
FIREFIGHTERS were scrambled to Accrington Victoria Hospital, in Haywood Road, after a call-out at around 7pm on Tuesday.
A spokesman said the call-out was caused by an automatic fire alarm at the hospital going off, although it turned out to be a false alarm.
