Policing team sets priorities
THE neighbourhood policing team for Burnley town centre has announced its latest local priorities.
The team includes PC Paul Marsden, PC Ashley James and PCSO Des Wrest.
Lancashire Police want to crack down on prolific shoplifters and anti-social behaviour in the area.
The team has also said that begging in the town centre has become an issue again and has promised to tackle it. It also wants to boost attendance of police and community together meetings.
