Road works
KNOTT Street in Darwen will reopen tomorrow until Monday, having been closed for repairs to be carried out to the culvert beneath the road surface. However, due to the works taking longer than planned, Blackburn with Darwen Council bosses have said the road will close again on Tuesday for a further three weeks.
