Youth issues
YOUTHS hanging around in a back alleyway are causing a nuisance for residents.
Police said they have received complaints from people living in Queens Road, in Blackburn, describing how youngsters were loitering after 10pm on most days.
Anybody who sees anything suspicious is asked to call 101.
