Late plan approval
COUNCILLORS on Blackburn with Darwen Borough Planning and Highways Committee have approved a retrospective application for a kitchen extension on detached home on Bank Lane in Shadsworth. They approved the already-constructed single-storey red brick building despite an objection. from a neighbour concerned about loss of privacy.
