New appointment
LANCASHIRE County Council has appointed a Salford-based developer to its select list for construction work.
The latest appointment means that Seddon could now be in line for building works which will be worth up to £4 million. The local authority is expected to release projects across education, leisure, social care, civic and corporate, office, landscaping, environmental, external works and playing fields to companies on the list, worth a total of £80 million.
