Cat plan for site
THE owner of Holden Fold Farm, off Tockholes Road, Darwen, has submitted a proposal to convert three stables to a cattery to look after people’s pets. Planning officers at Blackburn with Darwen Council will assess the planning application to ensure it meets regulations.
