Store plan is withdrawn
AN application to convert a former car sales showroom into a retail store has been withdrawn by the applicant.
Mr M Saleem had submitted the proposal for the former M65 Cars in Blackburn Road to Blackburn with Darwen Council in December last year.
The intention had been for the building to be opened as a Spar shop, complete with 18 car parking spaces.
It is not yet known whether an application will be resubmitted.
