Thief is jailed
IAN Nuttall, 41, of Pine Street, Burnley, was jailed for six weeks when he appeared before Pennine magistrates.
Nuttall admitted to three offences of theft from the Spar shop in Todmorden Road in the town on January 18, 22 and 25.
He also pleaded guilty to breaching a conditional discharge, which was also imposed for offences of theft.
