Skip blaze
FIREFIGHTERS in Blackburn were called to the scene of a skip fire on Friday.
Crews went to St James’ Road at 12.45pm after reports that the contents of the skip had been set alight.
The firefighters tackled the blaze at the scene for 10 minutes, and the damage caused was minimal.
