Robbery charge
THREE teenagers have been appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with robbing a 12-year-old boy of a mobile phone.
Luke Dewsnap, 18, of Rothesay Road, Blackburn, and the two other youths who are aged 14 and 13, who and cannot be named for legal reasons, were sent on bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court where they will appear on February 9 by magistrates.
