BURNLEY Council Leader Mark Townsend will hold a ‘pop up’ surgery in Tesco’s in the town centre on Saturday from 10.30am to 12.30am. Any borough resident is invited to come and talk through issues with the Labour councillor for Brunshaw ward at this special ‘out and about’ advice session. No appointment is necessary.
