ENGINEERING staff and students at Nelson and Colne College Sixth Form arranged a charity football mini-tournament aimed at raising vital funds for Help for Heroes. Four teams took part in the clash, with one of the student teams beating the staff team to the champion title.
The teams raised £144.
Help for Heroes volunteer Wendy Singleton said: “The contribution will go a long way to helping someone who is very deserving.”
