PARENTS at a Ribble Valley school have been reminded to make sure their children arrive in time for the start of the day.
Longridge CE Primary School in Berry Lane wrote in the weekly newsletter to parents asking them to make sure their children arrive at school by 8.50am every day.
A spokesman said: “Please ensure your children arrive at school before or at 8.50am.
“We regularly have a number of children late each day. Missing the start of lessons can have a detrimental effect on the rest of the school day with vital information being missed at the start of lessons.”
