Change plans
COUNCILLORS will consider an application to change St John’s House on Wellington Street St John’s in Shear Brow, Blackburn, when the borough’s Planning and Highways Committee meets on Thursday.
Officials have recommended them to approve Mohammed Waheed’s scheme after an objection on the grounds the proposals would contribute to making the area less business-based.
