Christmas at crown court
A 61-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl.
Stephen Baldwin, of Worston Lane, Great Harwood, was sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court where he is due to appear on December 23.
Jonathan Taylor, defending, said his client denied the allegation.
