SCHOOLCHILDREN at Peel Park Primary School have been stopped from using play equipment there.
In a newsletter published on its website, the school said youngsters were no longer able to use the ‘trim trail’ play equipment designed for pupils in years one and two.
It said: “Due to an accident which happened after school when a child was not being supervised and there was overcrowding on the equipment, we have decided to stop children from using it. Children from high school have also been using it which means it needs repairing, thus our children are unable to use it during school time.”
