Neil Anthony Morton, 43, of Glebe Street, Great Harwood, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 costs by Blackburn magistrates after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly outside the Calder pub in Blackburn Road, Accrington.
