A BUDDHIST centre is holding three drop-in meditation classes every Wednesday.
Burnley Kadampa Buddhist Centre, in Curzon Street, runs classes from 11am to midday, 12.30pm to 1pm and 7.30pm to 9pm.
Neil Grahame, who helps run the centre, said: “These classes provide the perfect opportunity relax and enjoy peace of mind.
“Meditation helps us to develop mental clarity and peace, which help us relax and deal with the stresses of daily life.
It includes two guided meditations, a talk explaining how to practice and apply meditation and a group discussion.
Classes cost £5 per session, with lunchtime meditations £2.50.
