Plan denied
A BID to turn a public picnic area into a private garden in Old Langho has failed.
The plan for the plot of land at Bradyll House, in Franklin Hill, was submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council in June.
The applicant, Mr M Toms, was seeking to discharge condition nine of the original planning permission for the site that was granted in 2005.
