Heroin case
DARREN Catlow, 30, and Debbie Lawrence, 32, of Howsin Street, and Fazeheer Hussain, 30, of Whalley Street, all Burnley, have been sent for crown court trial by Pennine’s magistrates, accused of possessing 13 wraps of heroin with intent to supply.
