Man denies assault
Jonathon Royal, 21, of Fraser Street, Burnley, appeared before Burnley Magistrates Court, accused of an alleged “unprovoked attack,” on his ex-girlfriend's partner.
He denied assault causing actual bodily harm, on August 12. The magistrates decided the case should be heard at the crown court.
