Cannabis charges
A 21-year-old man appeared before Burnley magistrates, accused of growing 64 cannabis plants at Whitworth.
Mason Nield is charged with producing cannabis at Market Street, on March 28 and abstracting electricity at the same address on the same date.
His case will be heard at the crown court and Nield was bailed until November 3 for a plea and case management hearing on November 3.
