A 24-year-old has been found not guilty of committing a public order offence during a court hearing for the killer of Jayden Parkinson.
Ryan McCann, of Royal Berkshire Court, Didcot, was cleared of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. It followed a disturbance at Oxford Crown Court when Ben Blakeley admitted manslaughter and perverting the course of justice but denied murdering former Pendle schoolgirl Jayden, 17.
Mr McCann was cleared by Oxford magistrates. Blakeley was found guilty of murder and jailed for life.
