Ukelele punk in Darwen
UKE Punk will perform at Number 39 Hopstar Brewery Tap in Bridge Street, Darwen, tonight.
Organiser Gary Ward, from Darwen Music Projects, said of the band that covers punk classics on a ukelele: “If punk is all about pushing boundaries and eschewing mainstream music, then this band has it all. George Formby this is not!”
Entry to the gig at 9pm is free.
