Accrington man on trial for 'assault'
Stephen Jonathan, 38, of Collins Drive, Accrington, is facing trial before Burnley magistrates, on October 14.
He denies assaulting Jennifer Reynolds by beating her at Burnley on June 26.
The defendant must not contact the alleged victim or go near her address.
