Burnley man denies assault
SCOTT Irvine, 21, of Sycamore Avenue, Burnley, denied assaulting Rebecca Whalley by beating her, between May 16 and 19, at Burnley Magistrates’ Court. The defendant was bailed until a trial on September 3.
