Skid tests on roads in Blackburn with Darwen
KEY parts of Blackburn with Darwen’s road network are to be surveyed for skid resistance. The borough executive board agreed the policy to meet new national standards. Highways boss Jim Smith said the entire network of principal roads and elements of lesser highways would be subject to special tests.
