Vacant eatery bid
A FORMER restaurant and dance studio in Rawtenstall look set to be transformed into a store and apartments.
Plans have been drawn up by Andrew Robinshaw to convert the vacant former eaterie The Dining Room, and the old Sparkle Dance Academy premises in Burnley Road.
In its place would be a shop of offices on the ground floor, with four apartments above.
