Students visit factory
ICT students from Nelson and Colne College Sixth Form visited the Coca Cola Enterprises factory in Wakefield.
The students taking the BTEC Extended Diploma in Games Programming and Software Development visited the factory for their organisational systems security assignment.
Whilst at the factory, the students experienced a talk from the head of security about how security and staff are managed at the site. They visited the security office, seeing security management for themselves.
They were shown the procedures for booking visitors in and out of the site and witnessed rigorous vehicle checking.
