MORE than 300 Beavers, Cubs and Scouts from East Lancashire took part in a camp marking the centenary of scouting in Clitheroe.
Around 80 adult volunteers also took part in the three-day camp at Waddow Hall.
The youngsters took part in activities including abseiling, rafting, climbing and pioneering.
The event was organised by a team led by district commissioner Ian McDonald.
Ian Hopkins, a leader at St Mary’s Scout Group, Clitheroe, said: “It was a fantastic event. Everyone chipped in to help it run smoothly.
“It was a great way to mark 100 years of Scouting in Clitheroe. Everyone had a great time and it was a real success. There were loads of activities.”
