Man broke window of ‘ex’
A 39-year-old man who smashed a £200 window in a door belonging to his ex-partner, received a 12-month conditional discharge.
Daniel James Lamb, formerly of Arthur Street, Brierfield, admitted criminal damage at Nelson, on May 16. The defendant, who has a record for violence, had had a long relationship with victim Lauren O’Toole, Burnley magistrates heard. He must pay £150 compensation.
