Man failed to stop for police
TAYUB Parvez, 23, of Pendle Street, Accrington, was remanded on bail for the preparation of a pre-sentence report after pleading guilty at Blackburn magistrates to driving while disqualified and without insurance and failing to stop when required by a police officer.
