WARD Labour councillor Bea Foster was has been busy as part of the borough’s commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the start of the First World War.
She has visited and planted poppies in various sites around the ward, including the entrance to Printers Fold, the Peace garden at the top of Rosegrove Lane and the garden area in front of Parkside Methodist Church, in Cog Lane.
She also arranged for some to be planted outside Greenbrook Church.
