Ambulance service fails to hit target
NORTH West Ambulance Service has continued to fail a key performance target for its non-urgent Patient Transport Service.
Just 74 per cent of patients were dropped off for their appointments on time, against the target of 90 per cent, bringing the year-to-date performance to 73 per cent.
