Offices agreed
PLANS to convert part of a Burnley town centre bar have been approved.
James Nelson, of Hendon Training Co, wants to turn the first floor of Pharaohs, in Hargreaves Street, into offices, which could create up to 10 jobs. Burnley Council granted Mr Nelson planning permission after he revealed that a company had already expressed an interest in using the premises.
